A new reception aligned with global branding
International Beverage is one of the industry's most dynamic global drinks businesses and is in the UK Top 100 Great Place’s to Work in the category large organisations.
International Beverage approached Amos Beech to help them modernise their Head Office reception and align it with their new global branding strategy.
Distilling and bottling household names like Old Pulteney & Caorunn as well as Cognac, Rum & Vodka across the globe, they wanted a striking reception space that reflected their global reach.
Working with their Leadership Team, the Amos Beech design team lifted the space from a traditional Scotch Whisky office to something that truly reflects a global brand and the many products that it produces.
A video wall occupies one wall of the space providing an ever changing window into the worlds of Whisky, Gin, Cognac, Vodka & Rum.
Presenting actual product was also a key component and a bespoke cabinet with bottle specific lighting was designed and manufactured in Scotland.
Seating areas, coffee station and a functioning reception desk complete a remarkable upgrade for staff and visitors alike.
New branding also means new signage and Amos Beech designed a new standout entrance area that reflects the new corporate look & feel.

Astute Fire Office Move in Glasgow
Astute Fire, a leading fire safety consultancy based in Glasgow, is an existing client who returned to Amos Beech for another major project — their office move. After previously delivering a successful office fit-out for their workspace, we were delighted to be their trusted partner, once again. This time, the project scope involved a comprehensive office move along with a full interior refurbishment. Our team handled everything from partitioning and decoration to flooring, furniture, and design work, ensuring a smooth transition to their new premises.
The Challenge
Astute Fire needed to relocate to a new office space in Glasgow that better suited their growing team and evolving business needs. The challenge was to manage the move with minimal disruption to their operations while also delivering a complete interior fit-out that aligned with their brand identity and provided a productive, modern working environment. Given our previous successful collaboration, Astute Fire trusted Amos Beech to take on this challenge and deliver a seamless experience from start to finish.
Our Approach
We began by working closely with Astute Fire to understand their specific requirements and vision for the new space. Our in-house design team created a tailored interior concept that not only optimised the layout for functionality and collaboration but also incorporated their brand's distinctive style.
This included:
Partitioning: Designing and installing new glass partitions to create separate work zones, enhancing both privacy and openness.
Decoration: A fresh palette of colours and wall finishes to brighten the space, reflect their brand, and inspire their team.
Flooring: Supplying and fitting high-quality flooring solutions that are both durable and stylish, perfectly complementing the new office design.
Furniture: Sourcing and installing contemporary furniture that balances comfort with ergonomics, ensuring the space is both aesthetically pleasing and functional.

Managing the Move
Understanding the importance of a hassle-free move, we also managed the entire office relocation process for Astute Fire. Our team coordinated the logistics, including crate hire and professional furniture removals, ensuring that every item was securely packed, transported, and unpacked with care. By handling the moving process alongside the refurbishment, we minimised downtime and allowed Astute Fire to continue business as usual with minimal disruption.
The Result
The result is a vibrant, well-organised office space that supports collaboration and productivity while reflecting the client’s brand values. Our integrated approach to design, fit-out, and move management meant that Astute Fire could focus on their core business without the stress typically associated with an office move.
A Continued Partnership
This project highlights the ongoing relationship between Amos Beech and Astute Fire. As a returning client, they were confident in our ability to deliver on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. We’re proud to be Astute Fire's trusted partner for their office needs and look forward to continuing to support them as they grow.

A new multifunctional space for Woolgar Hunter
Woolgar Hunter is an engineering consultancy specialising in the fields of civil, structural & geo-environmental engineering. Their philosophy is to consider the design and construction process as one and in that respect very much resembles Amos Beech’s, stategy, design & build approach.
Top floor break-out space needed an overhaul
Their existing break-out space on the top floor of their Glasgow office needed to be better furnished to facilitate collaboration, breakout, and to create an entertaining/presenting space for both internal use and for external clients.
A wall mounted presentation screen was positioned at one end and a small tea prep with under counter glass fronted fridges for cold drinks at the opposite end. Woolgar Hunter replaced their pool table with a new one and with its removable glass top it doubles up as a meeting table when not being used. Tiered seating units with soft seat pads and laptop stands were positioned in front of the presentation screen and behind that a couple of tall A-frame tables were used to give layout space for the Engineer’s drawings and discussions away from the open plan desk area. They also served as counters for chats and drinks.
The tiered seating and A-frame tables are mobile to allow the space to be easily reconfigured if required.
The client has embraced the wellbeing benefits of having living plants in the space which thrive due to the natural daylight.
The space has been well received and used by staff and visitors and we are currently considering using acoustic lighting and adding colour blocking to some of the walls.
